Thank you for providing such a delicious finger buffet for my father’s wake at Herstmonceux Castle on 24 January. We were so delighted with everything from start to finish.

Not only was the food delicious, it was displayed so beautifully, and it was quite obvious you all take a pride in what you do. So many guests commented to me how pretty it all looked and how yummy it was too!

Not only was your food delicious, so are your communication skills! From the first phone call with Helen, right up until the very last moment, you kept me informed and up-to-date on what was happening. I had no doubt `I was in safe hands.

Finally, and very importantly, I would like to congratulate and compliment on your excellent staff. They were all very professional, efficient and, above all, charming. Again, I had many people comment in this vein.

Special mention to Lander for remembering people’s allergies (right down to quinoa!) and filling up the boxes with what he had noticed were their favourites.

I took a bit of a gamble when I picked you out after Googling but my goodness, it paid off! I will have no hesitation in recommending you or using you again should the occasion arise in the future.
